She is certified in Level 1, Level 2 & Master Teacher Level Reiki. She has been a reiki practitioner since 2019, operated a reiki studio, has utilized reiki as a spiritual coach in energy healing meditations, transmissions, offered both remote sessions & in-person. Recently, she has incorporated energy healing into in-person healing retreats.
Anastasia has practiced reiki to heal herself on her ascension path & believes energy healing is accessible to everyone as a healing tool.

Does this course include an in-person training? How does the in-person training work?

The in-person training is optional. You can choose only the online course option. However, if you would like extra training & support the in-person training is highly recommend & will be offered in Tulum, Mexico. The dates for the next training is announced on the website under “Energy Healing” at the bottom of the page or you will receive an email with the details. By choosing the in-person training you will also have access to the course material. So you must complete the course material before coming to the training.
How does the attunement work?

Once you have completed the course material you need to contact Anastasia to set up an appointment to get an attunement to active the Reiki power. Attunement will be done once 100% of the course material has been completed. Attunements will be done in person for those coming to the in-person training.
The Reiki attunement is done energetically, it is a sacred transmission from a Reiki Master to the student, energetically aligning their system with the universal life force energy. During the attunement session you may feel tingling, lightness, warth or even emotional release as your field opens up to the energy. The attunement is an opening to sacred healing service work on yourself & others to be able to utilize Reiki energy life-long.
